This series captures the drama of life by concentrating on the picturesque ambulant artisans, still encountered nowadays in the centre of Athens, whose existence is threatened to diminish and disappear under the big umbrella of big industry and globalisation. I am fascinated by the people who passionately dedicate their life to pursuing their creative call with all the economic, social, and psychological consequences implied by that.
